Residential Conveyancing

Contact: Charles Beaumont

We handle the legal work involved in buying and selling a house. We provide the expert advice necessary to ensure all matters are attended to professionally, ensuring the transaction is smooth and efficient. All the work is done by a fully qualified solicitor who will explain the conveyancing process to you and answer your questions. We will keep you informed of progress and try to identify any potential problems before they cause delay. Whilst most of the transaction will be handled by post, email or telephone, we always encourage clients to visit our office to meet the people who will be doing the work and discuss their transaction.

We also sell property, so whether you are moving locally or to another part of the country (or even to France), when you make the decision to put your house on the market (or, as a first time buyer, you have found your new home), contact us and we can get the initial stages of the conveyancing process underway.
